Max Fuller (portrayed by Elias Harger) is D.J.'s well dressed and intelligent middle child. He likes science, and is shown to be a clean freak like his grandfather. Max has rivalries with Kimmy's fiancé/ husband Fernando and classmate Taylor. Max's former girlfriend is Rose, the daughter of Steve's ex-fiancée C.J. Jackson Fuller (portrayed by Michael Campion) is D.J.'s oldest son. When Kimmy and her daughter, Ramona, move in Jackson has to give up his room and move in with his brother Max.
